BENA Distribution began its activities during the National Pets Fair at Place Bonaventure in Montreal in November 2017.

Specializing in the distribution of high-quality accessories for pets from our warehouse in St-Eustache, QC, our products are available in pet stores across the province of Québec.

Returns and prices

We recommend checking products at checkout when purchasing at the pet store.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the products can be exchanged or refunded, except damages caused by your furry companion.

Retail prices vary across regions.

Contact your nearest pet store for more information (price, model, size and availability ...), and they will assist you as soon as possible.

Delivery policies (for pet stores)

Delivery times take between 2-15 working days from receipt of order.

In case of delay or sold out items, we will inform you of the deadline and the expected date of delivery.
